Structured invoices and operations
Automate the work that begins when a Peppol invoice arrives
A structured invoice contains usable data. Orthrus IT can connect it to your approval rules, client or project records, archive and accounting software. Exceptions remain visible and sensitive decisions stay with people.
How it works
What happens after your request
- 01Collect the invoice through the channel you already use
The workflow receives the invoice from accounting software, a Peppol access provider or an available API, then prepares the fields needed for processing.
- 02Validate references and find anomalies
Supplier, invoice number, currency, totals and purchase references are checked. Duplicates and missing information enter a separate exception path.
- 03Ask the right person for a decision
Amount, supplier, project or cost centre determine who needs to act. That person receives the relevant context without rebuilding the record.
- 04Archive and transfer without entering the same data again
After approval, the workflow updates the record, archives the documents and passes the data to the accounting system or agreed payment process.
Scope
Your invoicing solution or access point continues to operate the Peppol connection
Orthrus IT works on the surrounding process and available integrations. Accounting software choices, tax obligations and payment approval remain under your control and your accountant’s supervision.
Where does invoice processing still cost you time?
Describe how an invoice arrives, who checks it, where it is stored and which data must be entered again. We will identify the first useful workflow to automate.
